"Man City is in trouble." He will be kicked out of all tournaments following the PL → "It's unclear about the Champions League."

If Manchester City is convicted, it is highly likely to be kicked out of all competitions.

British media 'Sports Bible' reported on the 20th (Korea Standard Time) that "Manchester City is in danger of facing fatal punishment if convicted of all 115 Premier League charges."

The battle between Manchester City and the Premier League continued as a long-awaited hearing began on the club's 115 rule-breaking allegations. The so-called trial of the century, overseen by a three-member independent committee, was a momentous moment for Manchester City and English football as a whole.

The charges mainly relate to a nine-year period from 2009 to 2018, which Manchester City is accused of various violations of the rules, which the club strongly denies.

Premier League winners Manchester City are accused of not providing accurate financial information, not providing precise details on the amount paid to players and managers, violating revenue and sustainability regulations (PSR), not complying with UEFA regulations, including the Financial Fair Play (FFP), and not cooperating with Premier League investigations.

Manchester City have insisted there is irrefutable evidence to back up their defence and that they 'look forward to the full closure of this matter'. Earlier this week, Pep Guardiola claimed that the rest of the Premier League wanted Manchester City to be punished even before a final ruling is handed down.

It has previously been suggested that if Manchester City is convicted of all charges, various punishments such as fines, points deduction, and even the removal of the Premier League could be imposed. Now there are reports that even more punishment could be imposed.

According to the British media Telegraph, if the committee decides against Manchester City, it could be in danger of being kicked out of other competitions. Manchester City could be in danger of being kicked out of the FA Cup and Carabao Cup as well as the Premier League. Meanwhile, it is not clear whether it will be able to continue playing in the Champions League or the FIFA Club World Cup.

The rules for the two-cup tournament open the possibility of Manchester City being excluded. Paragraph 31 of the FA Cup Regulations states that "if a club is approved to participate in the tournament but is excluded from the league in which the club participates or league games are suspended, the Professional Game Committee (PGB) may exclude the club from the tournament." 먹튀검증
The PGB is made up of representatives from the Premier League and the English Football League (EFL). Meanwhile, the Carabao Cup regulations define participating clubs as "each member of the league and each member of the Premier League." The rules of the Champions League appear to be more complex, and some teams require a UEFA club license to compete in European matches.

Man City are currently denying any wrongdoing and are confident they will prove their innocence in the coming months.
